Ecosurvival is an Environmental Organization focused on Brazil's actions and omissions towards the environment. The Organization provides analyses of official government data related to the environment and natural resources, as well it is attentive to the Brazilian most recent legal changes, interpretations, Court's decisions, providing a spectrum to the reader on how the law is being followed, particularly in relation to the environment, not limited to the wild but also urban. For instance, any law alterations that may affect negatively or positively the Brazilian’s natural resources - also the World’s natural resources, as multilaterally subscribed in international agreements – will be our focus of discussion.
Ecosurvival’s main objective is the protection of the environment and its natural resources at all costs to make it viable to future generations. In reference to the United Nations Sustainable Development Agenda for 2030, Eco Survival registered and expects to be a partner committed to providing knowledge to all people around the world on how environmental policies and the laws have been treated in Brazil in regards to the protection of the environment.
Brazilian lawyer registered on the São Paulo Bar Association since 2011. Felipe graduated from Pontificia Universidade Catolica de Sao Paulo, considered by the RUF ranking 2019, one of the first market choices in Sao Paulo. He is Senior Partner at Crepaldi, Mendes Advogados Associados and Director of Public Law Department. His field of performance comprehends Public Law or Constitutional, Administrative, Environmental, Tax, Social Security, Labour and Criminal law and also Civil Law. Felipe has actively worked in judicial and administrative cases in the States of Minas Gerais, Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Espirito Santo, Bahia, mainly.
Among recent accomplishments, it is highlighted the oral argument in 2018, before the Federal Court of Appeal of the 1st Region reverting the first instance decision, guaranteeing to the plaintiff the predicted right to retire earlier due to risk exposure for working 25 years with high voltage electricity. In 2017, he achieved the advance protection to the City Attorneys in the Writ of Mandamus issued against the Mayor then of the Municipality of Varginha, Minas Gerais, Brazil, in consequence to his abuse of power.
In October 2019 Felipe achieved his diploma in Business Administration at Toronto School of Management.
Approved at the Minas Gerais Bar Exam, works as an Assistant Prosecutor for Minas Gerais Public Prosecutor Office. Rafael holds a law degree from the Federal University of Lavras. Lawyer. Specialist in Civil Procedural Law and Medical Civil Liability. Member of the Study Group on Civil Law (UFLA/CNPq) and the Study Group on International Economic Relations and Foreign Trade (La Salle University).
